Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted
- 3/4 cup dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup raw almonds
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- pinch of salt
Instructions

In a food processor, process the almonds until finely chopped (with bigger pieces left for texture).

Add the remaining ingredients in the food processor and process until broken down into a sticky mix.

Roll dough into small balls. Place in the fridge for 1 hour to let them harden and set.
